The
prices quoted here address the requirements of the majority of
our clients. However, if you have something out of the ordinary,
or a particular combination of circumstances, please give us a
call. We are happy to discuss a distinctive need and we are
prepared to quote accordingly.
Personal Sessions
The work we do is tailored to the individual.
That means that, ultimately, we are are extremely flexible. The

with telephone and e-mail support being available between times. If your
preference is for something different, which will be at a
premium, then please contact us for a no-obligations discussion:

We
rarely hold personal sessions at a client-nominated venue
because of the need for safety and to protect personal
reputations.
Business Sessions for an Individual
The work we do becomes business-based when
our fees are to be claimed as a business expense. This will
apply when the client is being coached in relation to their own
business, rather than as an individual. Our coaches are skilled
at working with key individuals within an organisation to
maximise their strengths and tackle any performance-limiting
beliefs they may have, so it will clearly apply
when we are working with individual employees and the employer
is meeting the cost.

Because
of the need for safety and to protect personal reputations these
individual business sessions will be held during business hours
at the client's business premises while other people are in
close proximity.
Business Team Sessions
By its very nature, work on team-building and
facilitation is face-to-face. With one of our experienced
coaches on hand, as required, during team meetings - when you
really want to get things done - your staff will be able to
maximise their performance and ensure that it is time well
spent. This approach is superior to just giving them a one-day
course and then leaving them to get on with it.
The size and extent of the project will
dictate what is best for your company and the team, so we will
need to agree that at the outset. Our fees will typically start
at £295 per hour spent with the team as it works. It also covers
our pre-session briefing and any follow-up necessary with
individual team members afterwards.
Company-wide Coaching
When circumstances dictate that the whole
company revises the way that it works and how it goes to market,
then change management comes to the fore. The strategies devised
at the top table have to be carried down to the front line, if
they are to have a positive impact on your firm and provide a
return on your investment. The day cannot be carried by
memorandums and messages; it's truly a hearts and minds thing.
These assignments are so singular that any quotation before
knowing the extent of our engagement is almost certain to mislead. We
welcome the opportunity to be involved. Please give us a call.
The Boardroom
These evening workshops run
for a period of 12 months for groups of no more than 6
participants with individual telephone support, as needed, from
the coach between sessions. Payment is monthly by standing-order
for the whole of the 12 months. If you are unable to attend a
particular workshop you may nominate a replacement to take your
seat, if you so wish. No refunds will be given for any sessions
that you miss. The price to join
The Boardroom
is just £117 per month.
Your first success has been recognising the
need for assistance.
Your second is having the good sense to call for
it.

Terms & Conditions
All fees are payable in
advance, either by cash, cheque or standing order. To take advantage of the
block booking rates for one or three months, these fees also
need to be paid in advance before the first session.
Re-scheduling or cancelling
appointments should be done at least 48 hours before the planned
time. Missed appointments without 48 hours prior notice will be
charged at the full agreed rate without exception.
You may either e-mail, or
telephone, between scheduled sessions if you need to talk
urgently, have a problem or want to share a success. This
service, within reasonable bounds, is part of the service and
incurs no extra charge.
For our work together to be
effective, you need to be honest with your coach. If you are
ever uncomfortable or concerned with the way a session is
heading, the topic, the questions, or the way you are working
together, please let your coach know. Equally, your coach will
be honest with you and call a halt if they feel the dialogue is
inappropriate, or beyond their skills.
Similarly, in order to bring
the discussion back in line with your stated objectives, your
coach has your permission to interrupt you if you stray too far
from the central focus of the coaching session.
If you are receiving other
medical or psychological support which is, or may be, relevant
to the coaching process, then the onus is on you to disclose it.
Should we wish to discuss the coaching process (but not the
content) with your healthcare professionals, we will first seek
your permission. If you decline to give such permission, or your
healthcare professionals advise against coaching, we may feel
unable to continue. In such cases you will be refunded for any
paid, but unused portion of your coaching.
The client may cancel their
course of coaching at any time, subject to the need for 48 hours
notice before a scheduled session. Such cancellation must be in
writing (e-mail or letter). If, at the time of
cancellation, there are sessions that have been paid for that
will not now take place, then
in your dreams
will refund in accordance with its scale of charges, or pro rata
where no set scale applies.
Coaching depends wholly on
the client’s own commitment, and the client enters into the
coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible
for creating their own results.
The client is aware that the
coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological
counselling or any type of therapy.
Privacy
The coach recognises that
anything the client shares with them is regarded as
confidential, whether it is business or personal information. The coach undertakes not to,
at any time, either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any
information the client shares with them during their sessions.
If, during the course of coaching, any
illegal act or intent is disclosed by the client then the coach
will terminate the course of coaching at that point and arrange
the refund of any
paid, but unused portion of your coaching.
Matters discussed when being
coached are not legally privileged communications and may be
disclosed under legal compulsion.
In your dreams
seeks to honour the privacy of the individual being coached,
irrespective of who may be paying the fees. This means that we
will not disclose to an employer matters that arise when
coaching an employee without that employee's express permission.
In the absence of this safeguard we feel that the whole basis of
individual coaching — facilitating the long-term
self-correcting, self-generating, excellent performance of
another — is undermined.
