Paul Hayward
BSc, MBA, FCMA, FRSA, MCMI is a qualified Chartered
Management Accountant with a career that spans both the service
sector and manufacturing, large companies (Fabergé,
Dixons, Siebe, Day-Timers) and smaller, owner-managed
enterprises. His specialist topic at MBA level was marketing.
Besides being a coach Paul is also a qualified NLP Practitioner.
Working in co-operation with
Paul are a select group of respected coaches and consultants who
subscribe to the same philosophy. Our invariable starting
position is that you know yourself and your business better than
anyone else. You are the expert in those areas. We are the
experts in uncovering what you have already seen, but fail to
recognise and what you already know, but choose to ignore. The
future is already yours, we help you select which one and
discover how best to get there.
Of course, the lack of a recognised accreditation body
for coaches raises questions for some prospective clients. While
such a body is no guarantee of quality and fit, how do you judge the
qualifications and expertise of any given coach? All you can do
is talk to the people involved, take what references you can and trust your instincts. You need to choose someone who you think will
really work to understand you, who won’t judge you and who won’t
offer patronising quick fixes. At
