How great would you feel if you got a boost to your best?

Success does not remove doubt. Even those at the top of their game will readily admit it. Whether the arena is sports and physical fitness, work-life or love-life, the same holds true. Running a company or running a marathon the questions are the same could I have done better and how can I improve?

Anxiety is present at every stage. From first entering a gym to stepping onto an Olympics track there are the same emotions at the same level of intensity, whatever stage you are at. For some, not even success is pleasant because of the expectations it creates and the pressure on themselves it evokes.

Yogi Berra once remarked, "baseball is 90% mental the other half is physical." Strangely enough, he had it about right. While the mental approach has a number of ingredients, e.g., goal setting, attribution, stress, relaxation, etc., none works in isolation. They interconnect, coalesce and compound to form a vital part of your training for your sport and for everyday life.

In your dreams gives you the space, the time and the tools to better prepare yourself for much-improved results. Where your mind leads your body will follow, so feed and nurture your inner guide as you take the next step up.
